The races go on at Saratoga, and while Saturday was not an ideal day in regard to track conditions it was/is getting back to good.  There were a couple of races taken off the turf, but the feature turf race in the 9th, stayed on the grass and was won by DRB choice #5 GLORIOUS EMPIRE and paid $21.40 for a two dollar wager.  Overall it was a good day for the Daily Racing Blog, as we also took down the early Pick-4 in races 2 thru 5.  So hopefully things (including the weather) are making a turn for the better.

Another full card of racing for Sunday.  The 9th is the feature race of the day, as seven runners are entered to compete in the Grade 3 SHUVEE.  It is run on dirt at a mile and 1/8, with a purse of $200,000.  It should be a very competitive race.  Best of luck to all.
