Tentative Top Twenty

The 2020 Kentucky Derby is ten weeks away.  Which is not a long time when it comes to a thoroughbreds preparation.

We’ve come up with a very subjective, non-scientific, top twenty horses to watch out for on the Kentucky Derby Trail.

Here then in no particular order are the horses to keep an eye on, along with their trainer, racing record to date, earnings, and their sire:

The Road to the Kentucky Derby goes international on Saturday February 23rd with the running of the Hyacinth at the Tokyo Racecourse with the Winner there earning 30 points toward a starting spot in the Run For The Roses.

The Derby Trail leaps back to American soil next week as the Fountain Of Youth Stakes takes place at Gulfstream Park on Saturday February 29th.
